Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of services provided by FlashVox Maneuver Atelier (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or participating in training, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide coaching in parking and maneuvering skills, including scenario-based training in public and private locations where permitted and safe.
2. Eligibility
You must hold a valid driver’s license and comply with local traffic laws. You are responsible for the roadworthiness and insurance of any vehicle used in training.
3. Payment & Billing
- Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Receipts are provided electronically to your email address.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are available within 14 days if no sessions have been used. After session commencement, fees are non-refundable.
5. Conduct & Safety
- Follow instructor directions and local laws at all times.
- No reckless behavior, intoxication, or use of handheld devices while driving.
- We may stop a session if a safety risk is identified; fees may be forfeited in cases of misconduct.
6. Disclaimers
We deliver techniques and practice structures that improve skill when correctly applied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the prevention of incidents.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to services shall not exceed the amounts paid for the relevant services.
8. Intellectual Property
Course materials, checklists, and methods are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal or internal business training but not redistribute without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Updates take effect upon posting. Material changes will be highlighted for clarity.

- Private: one-on-one with custom site setup.
